At the Allegheny City Central Association general membership meeting on Monday, May 11, 2015, members will vote for individuals to fill open positions on the board of directors. RFP to Develop Lots on Alpine Avenue

Vacant Lots on Alpine and Carrington to be Developed

ACCA is requesting proposals for the development of fourteen vacant lots on Alpine and one on Carrington. Interested parties may respond with proposals for individual or multiple properties. The intent of this development is to create a significant impact on the 200 block of Alpine Avenue. Proposals should be consistent with related goals in ACCA’s Community Master Plan. Proposals are due by December 5, 2014.

Pitt Students Made a Difference

Pitt Make a Difference Day

University of Pittsburgh students arrived at Allegheny City Central to weed and mulch Mechanics Retreat Park, Drover Park, and trees along lower Brighton Road. Each year Pitt sends students to neighborhoods throughout Pittsburgh as part of National Make a Difference Day.
